Freed Park Community Center Grand Opening
Following Commissioner’s Court approval, Precinct 4 was charged with operations and programming for a new community center. The goal? To drive awareness of improvements, promote new programming, and drive visitation.
How it started
Commissioner Lesley Briones announced the acquisition of Freed Park Community Center. As the grand opening approached, the communications strategy balanced public awareness with community engagement, highlighting renovations, promoting family-friendly programming, and ensuring access to government resources—all in close coordination with the programming and operations teams.
